At the Digestive Disease Clinics, we try to honor most private health insurance plans in the United States by accepting their approved amounts and your out of pocket cost will be limited to your predetermined deductible and co-insurance amounts.

Not on your plan list?
We accept the approved amount from your insurance plan and in some cases we can accept In-network rates or even lower.

We accept:

• Blue Cross and Most PPO plans honored
• HMO's seen with appropriate prior approval
• We accept approved amounts if not listed on any PPO plan

Elective Out-Patient Endoscopy can be arranged at the following facilities:

• Saint Anthony's / Memorial Hospital, Michigan City, Indiana
• Mercy-Memorial, St Joseph, Michigan
• Woodland Out-Patient Surgery Center, Michigan City, Indiana
• Saint Mary's Hospital, Hobart, Indiana

If we are not listed on any private health plan, we will work with you to accept approved amounts .
